"I am a junior at WSU, and this is my first time living off-campus. I enjoy living in PJ's Apartments for multiple reasons. The spacious apartments are some of the nicest I've been in around Winona; they come furnished with comfortable and attractive furniture, and without having to do much decorating, the apartment already has a comfortable, home-like feel to it. I also like that each person has their own room; although the shared spaces are enjoyable, it is always nice to be able to have your own space. Another advantage of living here is the bathroom space. With five girls occupying one apartment, it would be very competitive for use of the bathroom and shower. However, PJ's Apartments has avoided that problem and has made it convenient for tenants by producing two sinks in the large bathroom and by having an entirely separate shower room. In addition to the physical features of the apartments, we live here quite comfortably as we are very close to campus and other surrounding buildings. Furthermore, as a first-year tenant out of the my parents' home and Residence Halls on campus, I appreciate all of the services provided by our landlords. Anything that needs to be attended to is quickly taken care of. Also, communication between the landlords and tenants is constant as they provide us with new information, opportunities, and other important information. Our landlords provide a safe and enjoyable atmosphere that any tenant can appreciate."

"Living at PJ's has been a great experience. I literally wake up 15 minutes before class with time to brush my teeth and walk to class. The discounts are great. I get my hair done at Ambitions and it's awesome to have that little extra discount, not to mention the discount at ZaZa's as well! Marc and Deb are always by their phone and email you back within hours of emailing them. They are there as soon as possible when we need something repaired or if something isn't working. Laundry is also located very conveniently, which is really nice. I had a great experience with PJ's, I would recommend them to anyone!"

"After being a tenant of Marc and Deb's for a year, I realized what a good landlord is supposed to be. I could practically get a hold of them 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Between changing our shower head or plunging our toilet, they were always available, and came as quick as they possibly could to our rescue! They went above and beyond what they needed to do as landlords of mine and I really appreciated that. Being a college student it is easy to be taken advantage of, and Marc and Deb were extremely fair and always there to help! I wouldn't recommend leasing from anyone else!"

"Moving from the dorms, I was a little nervous to see what having a landlord and leasing an apartment would be like. Marc and Deb eased my worries and have made my transition far easier and better than I could have ever imagined. They have handled the few issues with our apartment that we have had (squeeky doors for example) with swift concern. They know my name and all my roomates names and say hi to me whether it be at our apartment or where I work. The apartments are in spectacular shape - we got brand new carpeting and furniture this year, and everything is in working order. They care about their tenants and their properties and it shows!"

"Living at PJ's Campus Apartments is convenient. Marc and Deb are always available; if they are not in the office, they will e-mail you back within hours. Also, the apartments are close to campus ~ making it a short walk to home, and if you forget something it is only a quick run back to the apartment. Marc and Deb pay for heat and water, which saves the renters lots of money. Lastly, the furniture is provided. Moving the bed, couches, tables, dressers, and chairs can be a pain ~ but since it is all provided at the apartment, moving in and out is easy."

"Living in PJ's Campus Apartments has been an experience of a lifetime for me. It isn't just a beat-up, poor quality rental apartment that many people have lived in, but it is truly my 'Winona Home'. They are very spacious and well-maintained apartments. Marc and Deb have been wonderful to us since before we moved in. They have done many great things for us including but not limited to the following: letting us move in early at no extra cost, replacing a blind, fixing our sinks, checking our heater, fixing windows, and much more. They are helpful landlords that give you their office, home, and two cell phone numbers so they can be contacted at any given time. Most of the time when I e-mail them they will reply within a few hours; otherwise when we call, they respond right away. One of my favorite things about living at PJ's is that the shower is separate from the bathroom, so there's not a lot of morning congestion in the bathroom!"

"I am the kind of person that asks a thousand questions, sometimes important, but other times about very small things. One of the things I have found while living at PJ's is that if you have a question about pretty much anything from rent to a broken step on the deck all you have to do is drop an email. I personally have found the responses very timely. They don't just check their email 8-5:30 like the rest of the world. I have gotten a response from the Jaworski's as late as 8 pm on Friday night. They seem to try to solve any problem that a PJ's tenant has ASAP."
