About Us |
| PJ's Campus Apartments is owned and managed by Marc and Deb Jaworski. We have been married for 26 years, have been in the off-campus rental business for almost 20 years and have a daughter recently graduated from college, so we are very familiar with college students and off-campus living issues. We reside locally and our office is located on the second floor of our Huff Junction building at 577 Huff Street, Suite 2, within one block of Winona State University. All PJ's rental properties are within a two-block radius of each other and also within one block of the WSU campus. | |
| Our Philosophy | |
| We are landlords who care about our tenants and our properties. This is not just a hobby or a "side job" for us ~ it is what we do. It is important to us to keep our properties well maintained and we want our tenants to have a positive living experience at PJ's. Our philosophy is to fix things that need fixing and to replace things that need replacing. We plan on capital improvements every year so that our rental spaces remain attractive and functional. |

| Deb grew up in Winona and Marc is originally from Minneapolis. Marc and Deb moved back to Winona in 1984 and purchased their first building on Huff Street, home of the former Papa John's Pizza, Pub & Grill, which they operated for 8 years. Although they sold that business, which later became Giovanni's and then ZaZa's, they retained ownership of the building and gradually developed several other buildings in the area into residential and commercial rental properties. They also own and operate Whistle Clean Laundromat. | |
| Our Maintenance Guy | |
| Rodney Merchlewitz works full time at Digicom Inc. and is our part-time "jack of all trades" maintenance/repair person. Rodney, his wife and two daughters are residents of Ridgeway. |

| Want to Schedule a Viewing? | |
| All apartments are shown by appointment only between the hours of 12 noon and 8 pm weekdays ~ between 1pm and 4 pm Saturdays. Please call at least one day ahead to schedule a showing. It is preferable that all roommates be present for the showing. You do not need a showing to rent one of our units; however you must meet with us for lease signing. If you would like more information, or would like to schedule an appointment for a viewing or lease signing, please call 507-452-6638 or click the "Contact Us" button.
