PJ's rental units are kept well-maintained, and every unit is thoroughly cleaned before you move in. We respond quickly to any maintenance requests, questions or concerns.
LESS COSTLY	It is generally less costly to live off-campus than in a dorm. In addition to paying the semester fee for a dorm, student residents at most dorms are also required to sign up for a meal plan, which is an additional charge.
PRIVACY; SECURITY	All units (except those with shared bedrooms) at PJ's Campus Apartments offer you your own private bedroom keyed separately with a lock that works with your key only.
MORE ROOM; MORE FOR YOUR MONEY	Living in an apartment will obviously give you more room to spread out. Most of the 5-bedroom units at PJ's Campus Apartments have a shower room separate from the bathroom for greater living ease. Throw a living room and a kitchen into the picture and it looks even better! Some of the units even have decks. In addition, you have the use of your apartment for an entire year and during semester breaks.

LAWN CARE SNOW REMOVAL	Many landlords do not handle lawn care and snow removal for you. At PJ's, you are not responsible for having to do these chores. RARELY WAIT FOR A WASHING MACHINE	PJ's Campus Apartments has its own Tenant Laundromat with eight washers and ten dryers available 24/7 with coded entry. In addition to this, tenants are free to use adjacent Whistle Clean Laundromat. With 42 washers, 5 triple-load washers and 24 large-capacity dryers, you can get all your loads done at one time and have more freedom to enjoy your day.
PRIVATE OFF-STREET PARKING	PJ's Campus Apartments offers private parking spaces, with signs designated specifically for each car. No need to battle for a space.
FINANCIAL CREDIBILITY	Establish financial credibility and good references that will help you in future endeavors.
FINANCIAL AID MYTH	It is not true that if you live off campus you cannot receive financial aid towards housing. Financial aid is directly applied to your tuition, fees, laptop, and room/board if you live on-campus. If you live off-campus, financial aid is applied directly towards tuition, fees, and laptop; then, the financial aid money designated for room/board is directly deposited into your bank account so that you can use it for your off-campus living expenses.
