Leases for the 2009/10 school year begin June 1, 2009, but we begin signing leases October 1, 2008.

All apartments are shown by appointment only
between the hours of 12 noon and 8 pm weekdays
and between 1pm and 4 pm Saturdays.
Please call at least one day ahead to schedule a showing.
It is preferable that all roommates be present for the showing.
You do not need a showing to rent one of our units;
however you must meet with us for lease signing.
